I had no issues with my bag being crumpled, the chocolates arrived safe and sound - lots of protection in the box to make sure that they arrived as beautifully as they did.

A rather crumpled bag of chocs. The chocolates not the bag. They were very dusty as though they had been lying at the bottom of the bag for a long time time. Disappointing as they are a gift. Just hoping they taste ok.
