Wow, what a week it has been at Hamiltons! Busy, busy busy making chocolate pizzas for a customer. We concentrated on making two sizes of chocolate pizza, a 12" and a 7" diameter. The 12 inch pizza base is made up of 650g of delicious Belgian milk chocolate and the 7 inch pizza base is made up of 250g of delicious Belgian milk chocolate. Three types of toppings were chosen, a malteser and smartie topping with white chocolate drizzle, a chocolate crunch topping with dark and white luxury chocolate drizzle (and oh my word is this delicious and definitely my favourite) and last but my no means least, the dolly mixture topping drizzled with chocolate coloured in red and yellow to look like the tomato and cheese topping that we are all familiar with when we order a Margarita Pizza. They are scored into segments so that everyone can easily have their own portion. They look great and taste even better! Date: 25/05/2011 |
