Handmade Luxury Chocolate Truffles from Hamiltons Chocolates

One of the key characteristics of excellent chocolate is that it melts just below body temperature. Our truffles demonstrate wonderfully just how good this sensation can be. As the chocolate outer coating melts, your mouth is filled with the smooth centre as the truffles dissolve, releasing the succulent flavours of Amaretto, Rum, Malibu, Champagne, or whichever delicious filling appeals to you!

Our chocolate truffles range includes Amaretto, Caramel & Peanut, Champagne, Chocolate, Coconut, Cointreau, Ginger, Malibu, Oriental, Praline & Hazelnut, Rum & Coffee, Rum & Vanilla.

All of our recipes are unique, generally dreamt up by Andrew or myself and perfected after mixing time after time after time.

The chocolate truffles are made using traditional techniques. Firstly a mould is flooded with chocolate to make a shell. The shell is then hand piped with the truffle centre before being enrobed with a coat of chocolate and then rolled and coated in delicious finishes of nuts, cocoa powder, icing sugar, vermicelli, chocolate flake or coconut.
