Handmade luxury chocolates from Hamiltons Chocolates

Our Gourmet Soft Centre Cream Chocolates are not only deliciously tasty but they also look good. Made to our own secret recipes every chocolate is handmade with loving care and attention, the old fashioned way. We make 20 different soft Centre cream Chocolates and these include Apricot, Banoffi, Cherry Brandy, Coffee in milk chocolate, Coffee in Plain Chocolate, Fine Champagne, Fruits of the Forest, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Mint, Orange, Passion Fruit, Praline, Praline & Walnut, Raspberry, Rum & Raisin, Soft Caramel, Strawberry and Wild Cherry. Each handmade chocolate is cast in its own mould and so is instantly recognisable. The chocolate making process of the creams starts by flooding a mould with chocolate to make the shell. The shell is then filled by hand with the unique Hamiltons cream centre. The mould is then "capped off", i.e. put under the chocolate fountain again to form the base. After each process the mould is chilled. Finally, the chocolates are "knocked out" of the mould and packed into "outers" and sent to our wholesale department, our retail shops or our packing department ready to be put into the gift boxes.
